BioFIRE will enroll highly motivated students with limited previous exposure to scientific research. Preference will be given to students who are not already participating in a campus living and learning program. Students may be directly admitted to the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences or may be in Letters & Sciences. Admission is by application. We will extend a very limited number of invitations to BioFIRE to those who indicate their interest by March 22. Students who apply by that date will be notified by March 29. After the University confirmation date (May 1), we will extend additional invitations on a space available basis.

To confirm your spot in the program, you must do the following by May 1:

*Every new first-year student who desires to live in campus residence halls must complete the 2018-2019 Housing/Dining Services Agreement by May 1, 2018 to be eligible to live on campus.  BioFIRE is not listed on the University housing agreement as a living and learning option. By applying using our online form, the BioFIRE program will work with Resident Life to ensure your housing in the BioFIRE Living and Learning Program.
